Volleyball

Peak Performance Sports Camps are designed to help individual athletes develop specific skills that will be essential in their performance and growth within the sport of volleyball. In addition to focusing on individual skills development, we also focus on teamwork and sportsmanship. Our goal is to help campers form a better sense of their strengths and areas for development as well as a deeper understanding of what is expected to be competitive at the next level. Our instructors include student athletes who have been successful and have excelled at the high school level; they will coach and guide our campers throughout the week. Campers will participate in wide variety of activities including drills, games and scrimmages. Our instructors will work with small groups of campers so that we will be able to provide continuous individual feedback to campers. At the end of the week, campers will go home with an assessment rubric that will indicate areas of strength and development. This will allow our campers to continue to work and practice on necessary areas of their game outside of camp.
